# 两步验证附加密码忘记如何通过绑定邮箱进行找回？

**若您之前有在两步验证时设置绑定邮箱，两步验证附加密码忘记时，您可以通过之前绑定的邮箱进行找回。具体操作步骤如下所示：**

1. 通过普通登录的方式（验证码登录或扫码登录）尝试登录BTOK

注：若您已忘记两步验证附加密码请勿使用“增强登录”进行登录操作。

2. 进入到两步验证附加密码输入界面后，点击“忘记密码”。
