1st-25th place: 5 PBK each (users with at least one single transaction amount ≥ $1000)

26th-50th place: 3 PBK each (users with at least one single transaction amount ≥ $600)

51st-100th place: 2 PBK each (users with at least one single transaction amount ≥ $300)
